去年九月，我寫了一篇評論譚某博士翻譯的《此地何其神聖》（How Sacred Is This Place!）之問題。今天，花了一個早上，做了一個較合粵韻及原曲歌詞意思的版本：

上月底才發表了那首重寫曲詞的《若》，這數天竟忽來靈感，試著把原曲重填粵詞，算是自己第一首把普通話歌詞「翻譯」作粵語的成品。

原曲參考：
由小時候唱到老死，《天父必看顧你》或《天父看顧歌》也是金曲，坊間已有幾個粵詞版本，參考過，但又要避免過度抄考，終弄出了下面這個。歌中最難處理的當然是那一句重覆了n次的「God will take care of you」啦！其次就是「wings of love」，始終想不到「恩翅」以外更好兼協音的譯法。

《若》是我輩在團契中常唱的金曲，歌詞動人，卻不協粵韻。前幾年，我順著歌詞的大意改寫成這一首，卻一直也未有發表。

《May God’s Blessing Surround You》旋律優美，公理堂的青少年崇拜擬以之作為崇拜結尾的祝福短詩，但其中文歌詞若用粵語來唱卻很是蹺口；我從青少部部長處接到柯打，想儘快把歌詞改寫成粵韻；因時間趕忙，連英文歌詞也不及細看，實在無暇嚴謹地重譯，索性重寫，在臉書上跟幾位兄姊來回交流一番後，於廿四小時內，搞了下面這個出來：

昨天公理堂元旦日感恩崇拜裡，禮頓必街兩堂的JoyfulKids同學和導師們獻唱了一首《天父愛記在虹彩》的詩歌，中譯的歌詞係海牛年多前的拙作，一直未有發表，是因為在蔡紹雄弟兄牽頭下，曾與幾位弟兄組了一個小組，一心想集眾人之力做一些以粵韻翻譯詩歌的工作，待有集體成果才一併發表，奈何兩年下來，各有各忙，產量無幾…

這首短歌，算是教會兒童事工JoyfulKids的主題曲；一直都覺得中文版的歌詞不太協音。
